Messaging
Messages are entered into our call system and are noted with date, time, person, company, and priority. They can be relayed to you as you like:

• Email
• Phone
• Fax
• As instructed

Your messages will be kept on file for up to three months. We also can give callers a message from you, if you require. In the event of urgent matters requiring instant decision making, we act immediately and contact you without delay.

Telephone numbers
City-Office offers Chicago 312 area code numbers as your main telephone number, or you can forward your current line to us. Each month you’ll receive a statement of your calls and how quickly we’ve answered them.
We offer telephone answering service during office hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. After hours voicemail are available.
